All AccordSTAR applications must be linked with this library. It contains the routines needed to perform Application Management and networking.

To prevent multiple definitions of external functions and variables, care has been taken to name them beginning with "ipf_". Please avoid creating names beginning with ipf_ in your applications.

Please Note: We are in the process of changing names. ipf is the old prefix. The new prefix is ifc_.
